Chung Do Kwan (Blue Wave) is a high energy, structured Martial Art that enhances self-confidence, self-defense skills, and teamwork. Combining discipline, fitness and proper forms, this program provides muscle and strength building. Speed-Power-Balance-Focus-Control are our five goals. You will learn coordination, balance, agility and flexibility. Our standard is to promote teamwork as students may be called upon to help other students. No weapons or special sparring gear required because we practice a non-contact Martial Art. Instructor Bruce Valley is a 5th degree Black Belt.
